For years, I’ve had the immense pleasure of seeing countless photos and heartwarming messages from readers like you, sharing the vegan recipes you’ve made from the blog. It’s truly one of the most rewarding aspects of this journey, and I still can’t quite believe how many of you, from every corner of the globe, are embracing and sharing these plant-based creations.
Inspired by your enthusiasm and dedication, I created the Banana Baking Crew as a special way to celebrate our incredible community. It’s a monthly vegan baking challenge designed to bring us all closer, encourage skill development, and add a little competitive (but friendly!) twist: the chance to win an amazing prize! Each month, we choose a specific vegan recipe, often one that’s either brand new or a beloved classic from The Banana Diaries archives. The goal is simple: bake it, enjoy it, and share it!
On the first day of every month, I’ll reveal the chosen recipe. This recipe is carefully selected to not only be delicious but also to help us collectively build and expand our vegan baking repertoire. Whether it’s mastering a new technique, experimenting with different ingredients, or simply enjoying the process of creating something wonderful from scratch, there’s always something to learn and savor. Once you’ve baked your masterpiece, you’ll submit a photo of your creation. We then compile and showcase a beautiful collection of everyone’s bakes right here on the blog (don’t worry, all submissions are kept anonymous to protect your privacy and focus on the food!).
The excitement builds until the end of the month when we randomly select one fortunate winner from all the eligible submissions. The prize? However, these actions do not count as extra entries for the prize drawing.
