For the buttercream, you can create powdered coconut sugar (by blending coconut sugar until fine) to use in place of organic powdered sugar. Please be aware that these substitutions will result in cakes with a lovely caramel color and a subtle caramel flavor profile, but they will still be absolutely delicious!
